Still Almost There

So now our file is with the estimators doing a final check before they order the final plans for our build. We have tentatively booked in 12 April to sign off on all the plans and from there we can start!!!

Commencement letter from the bank should arrive some time next week, will probably take longer than usual with all the public holidays this weekend.

So fingers crossed but we have been told that we can expect to see some work on site starting in late April YAY!!!!
