Almost There

So we have now signed all the mortgage docs and are just awaiting the commencement letter from the bank to be sent to Eden Brae.

We are still awaiting waterboard approval but the great news is that they have confirmed that no further piering will be required. We have been told that everything is fine with the approval we are just waiting on the actual approval to come through so hopefully in the next couple of days.
