Commencement Letter

Got word today that the commencement letter from the bank has now been received.

Also, we now have the waterboard approval.

Just waiting on the final file check by EBH and then the final plans to be drawn.

Have been told that our site start appointment wont be Monday 12th April but should be mid to late next week.

Can't wait to see some works happening on site :)
